One-click Stocky import

Your suppliers, costs and mappings — restored in seconds, not re-typed over a weekend.

The cruelest part of the Stocky shutdown: Shopify keeps your products and orders, but your suppliers, purchase history and cost prices live only inside Stocky. Switch apps and you're rebuilding all of it by hand.

If you exported with our free tool, you don't rebuild anything. Upload the ZIP, and RestockLoop reads it back.

How it works

  1. Export free (before 31 August)

The free exporter on this site downloads your suppliers, purchase orders and stock records as clean CSV + JSON. No sign-up; your API key is never stored.

  2. Upload the same ZIP in the app

One file picker. We read suppliers.csv and your PO history directly from the archive.

  3. Everything is mapped

Suppliers are created, each SKU is linked to the supplier you last bought it from, and unit costs are filled from your most recent purchase — ready for pricing new POs.

The details that matter

  • Re-importing is safe: it updates rather than duplicates.
  • No Stocky export? You can add suppliers manually and link SKUs — the import is a shortcut, not a requirement.
  • This is the step that turns 'migrating' into 'continuing where you left off'.
