How it works
Draft in one click
Suggestions become per-supplier PO drafts — SKUs, quantities and unit costs pre-filled, with a unique PO number. Both quantities and unit costs stay editable on the draft, so a price change from your supplier takes seconds to reflect.
Send it your way
Download a clean PDF, or email it straight to the supplier from the app. Either way, marking it sent tells the forecasting engine those units are incoming.
Receive — even partially
Supplier shipped 25 of 40? Record exactly what arrived. The PO stays open for the rest, and every received unit is added to your Shopify inventory automatically — no manual stock edits.
The details that matter
- Add an expected delivery date, notes for the supplier and a freight cost — all three appear on the PDF and the email, and late POs get flagged automatically.
- “Reorder again” copies any past PO into a fresh, fully editable draft — perfect for the basket you order every month.
- Receiving with a barcode scanner: plug in any USB/Bluetooth scanner, scan items as you unbox — each scan ticks the right line up by one.
- Multiple locations? Pick which location receives the stock. Print Code39 shelf labels for any PO as a PDF.
- Suppliers that bill in another currency get their POs in that currency.
- Sent POs feed the 'incoming' column on every screen, so nothing gets re-suggested while it's on the way.
- Receiving is the only thing that ever writes to your store — and only as a stock increase you explicitly confirm.
- Full history: every PO keeps its status, timestamps and received quantities.
