Most merchants reorder from memory or a spreadsheet: scroll the product list, guess what looks low, hope nothing slips through. The result is the classic double failure — dead cash sitting in slow movers while your best seller quietly runs out.
RestockLoop replaces the guessing with a ranked list. Every variant is scored from your actual sales and sorted so the most urgent item is always at the top.
How it works
We sync your sales and stock
Products, current inventory and your recent order history sync automatically — nightly, and on demand with one click. Read-only: nothing in your store is changed.
Every SKU gets a velocity
Sales are weighted across 30/90-day windows to compute units-per-day. From that we derive days-of-stock left and a reorder point that includes safety stock and your supplier's lead time.
You get a ranked to-do list
Stockouts first, then items at their reorder point, then 'soon'. Each row shows stock, incoming units already on order, days left and a suggested order quantity — searchable, sortable, filterable by supplier.
The details that matter
- Suggested quantities use order-up-to logic: enough to cover lead time plus your target coverage days, minus what you already have and what's on order.
- Items already on a sent purchase order are counted as incoming — so you never double-order.
- Per-supplier lead time, MOQ and case pack (if set) shape both the reorder point and the suggested quantity.
- Gift cards and untracked items are excluded automatically.
